Responsible AI Policy

This Responsible AI Policy explains how Benitra approaches artificial intelligence safety, transparency, and acceptable use. It supplements the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Content & Ownership Policy.

1. Our Approach

Benitra is an independent AI marketing platform operated by Spinelo Ltd. We provide a guided workflow and interface that connects users to third-party AI models for text, image, video, voice, and music generation.

Benitra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Fal.ai, Suno, or any other model provider. References to third-party technologies describe integrations, not partnerships.

2. What Benitra Is For

Benitra is designed to help businesses and marketers create promotional and commercial video content, including:

  • product marketing videos;
  • social media reels;
  • explainer and demo videos;
  • brand storytelling;
  • advertising creatives.

3. What Benitra Does Not Support

Benitra does not support and prohibits:

  • deepfakes or synthetic media depicting real people;
  • face swaps, face replacements, or face manipulation;
  • impersonation of real individuals, public figures, or private persons;
  • uploading photos of real people for character or likeness generation;
  • NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
  • content intended to deceive, defraud, or harass;
  • political manipulation or fabricated election materials;
  • child sexual abuse material or content harming minors;
  • violence, hate, or illegal activity.

4. AI-Generated Characters Only

On-screen characters in Benitra are AI-generated fictional characters. Users select or describe fictional presenters — they do not upload personal photos for character creation.

Product images may be uploaded for marketing context. Images containing people are automatically rejected.

5. Content Moderation

Before image or video generation, Benitra screens prompts through automated moderation systems and provider safety controls.

  • Blocked requests are not sent to generation models.
  • We may update moderation rules as providers, laws, and platform policies evolve.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or commercial use;
  • ensuring you have rights to uploaded brand assets;
  • complying with advertising, disclosure, and AI transparency laws in your jurisdiction;
  • not misrepresenting AI-generated content as authentic human-created material where disclosure is required.

7. AI Transparency

AI-generated outputs may not be unique, accurate, or copyrightable. Similar content may be produced for other users.

When publishing AI-generated marketing content, follow applicable platform and legal disclosure requirements.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

Your content may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies. Benitra shares only the minimum information necessary to perform requested features.

Benitra does not use your private projects to train proprietary AI models developed by Spinelo Ltd.
